Research Experience

Hussain has been working as a Field Researcher with the Collective since 2001. From 1999 to 2001, he worked with the Population Council, Islamabad on various quantitative and qualitative studies including “Listing to distinguish Case and Control areas”, “An External Evaluation of National Program for Family Planning and Primary Health Care”, “Developing a Research Agenda for the Adolescents of the Pakistan” and “Situation Analysis of Village Based Family Planning Workers”.

Before joining the Collective, Hussain worked with Haris Gazdar on two projects: “Investigation into NGO Pilots for Alternative Patterns of Land Tenure” and “Qualitative Survey of Poverty in Rural Pakistan”.
